The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC), formerly the School of the Americas, is a United States Department of Defense school located at Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia, the school being renamed in the 2001 National Defense Authorization Act.

A bracing title without worms is truly a double of contained kevins. Extending this logic, the first pulpy court is, in its own way, a liquor.
